Our client is one of Brighton & Hove’s oldest and most prestigious food brands. Now under new ownership, they are undergoing a bold relaunch, with a great new look. They serve both iconic well-known retail partners and a growing base of direct customers both online and in-store. With strong growth already underway, they are looking for a social media superstar to join and shape their future.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Run and grow their organic social media presence across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Create short-form visual content (reels, static posts) using Canva-style tools.
- Collaborate with external content creators to keep brand tone and visual identity consistent.
- Work alongside the Paid Ads and PR specialists for a joined-up marketing approach.
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns and flows in Klaviyo.
- Launch and manage influencer marketing efforts with nano and micro influencers.
- Maintain and update our Shopify store, including merchandising and promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest data-led improvements.
