Our client is a rapidly scaling premium drinks SME approaching £10m t/o. They’ve built exceptional momentum with strong national distribution across all major UK grocers, alongside a high-performing D2C channel. We’re looking for a commercially minded, data-driven marketing leader to step into a pivotal role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of brand and digital strategy, working within the senior leadership team to drive the next phase of growth.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Growth
- Own the 12–36 month marketing roadmap, evolving the brand into a category leader
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency, cut-through and differentiation
- Full Funnel Marketing Execution
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, content, trade, partnerships and events
- Balance brand building with performance-driven acquisition and retention
- Consumer Insight & Category Intelligence
- Build deep understanding of audience, behaviours and trends
- Translate insights into impactful campaigns, NPD and positioning
- Ecommerce & D2C Ownership
- Own D2C strategy and P&L, including CRM, paid media and pricing
- Optimise funnel performance across CAC, AOV, conversion and retention
- Trade & Commercial Marketing
- Develop standout trade marketing strategies that drive sell-through
- Align brand activity with retail, distribution and in-store execution
- Performance & Budget Management
- Manage ~£800k marketing budget with a strong ROI mindset
- Track KPIs, optimise channel mix and drive marketing profitability
- Innovation & NPD Input
- Lead insight-driven innovation, shaping future product pipeline
- Support expansion into new categories beyond the core range
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and develop an internal team (content, community, design, digital)
- Manage external partners across paid media, SEO, creators and agencies
What’s on Offer?
- Base Salary: £100,000 to £130,000
- Bonus: 10%

Do you have the following to apply?
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role within a challenger brand
- Strong digital and performance marketing understanding (funnels, paid media, metrics)
- Commercially sharp — confident with CAC, ROAS, AOV and channel economics
- Deep appreciation for brand building, creative and storytelling
- Experience owning or contributing to a D2C/ecommerce function
- Strong grasp of consumer behaviour, trends and cultural relevance
- A hands-on leader who can operate strategically and execute at pace
- Experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
