They are hiring a commercially sharp Head of Sales to take ownership of their B2B revenue function. This is a rare chance to step into a senior leadership role within a founder‑led scale‑up that has built a defensible acquisition model through hundreds of brand partnerships reaching millions of consumers every year without relying on paid social. You’ll lead a team of three, bring structure and focus to the sales operation and drive the next phase of revenue growth.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Revenue Ownership & Strategy: Own the full sales P&L and deliver consistent, scalable B2B revenue growth. Build a clear, targeted sales strategy.
- Partnerships & New Business: Lead high‑value strategic deals with major consumer brands and organisations. Open new sectors and reduce reliance on legacy accounts.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach and develop a team of three, introducing structure, KPIs and accountability. Improve outreach quality, conversion rates and commercial thinking.
- Commercial Development: Strengthen and scale the partnerships channel with compelling, win‑win propositions. Improve deal structures, margins, exposure value and ROI.
- Pipeline & Sales Operations: Build a disciplined pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM adoption. Introduce consistent reporting, metrics and performance tracking.
- Strategic Contribution: Act as the senior commercial voice in the business. Work closely with founders across Sales, Marketing, Ops and Finance.
