Our client is a profitable BCorp business disrupting a major £1.5bn food/drink category. Sustainability is paramount and production is all done in-house within the UK. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role in a business on a mission to become the standout brand in their category. We want someone to be daring and disruptive as they lead this critical function.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Execution: Own and implement the organic social media calendar aligned with brand pillars and campaign activity.
- Content Creation: Plan, produce, and edit short-form video content (think Reels etc).
- Influencer Outreach: Build relationships with influencers online to leverage the brand and work with PR partners.
- Channel Management: Manage and grow core social platforms — with a particular focus on Instagram and LinkedIn (TikTok later) — including posting, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Brand Storytelling: Bring tone of voice to life across all channels, championing the sustainability mission and BCorp status.
