Our client is a £30m t/o established challenger brand who are listed within every single major UK grocer (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose etc). Their product range spans across multiple categories and buyers and they are backed by one of Europe’s largest food groups.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Own & Grow Key Grocery Accounts
- Lead day-to-day management of major UK retailers, driving sales, distribution and visibility
- Build tailored strategies per customer to unlock sustainable growth
- Deliver Commercial Growth
- Own full P&L responsibility, driving both top-line and profitability
- Execute JBPs, promotional plans and forecasting with precision
- Build Powerful Buyer Relationships
- Develop strong, credible partnerships across multiple buyers and categories
- Influence with compelling category-led selling stories
- Drive Category & Brand Strategy
- Use data and insight to outperform the category and identify new opportunities
- Manage a multi-category, multi-brand portfolio
- Unlock New Opportunities
- Spot and deliver distribution wins, new listings and category expansion
- Navigate different retailer strategies with agility and commercial creativity
