Our client is a rapidly growing well-established food SME, with incredible distribution listed across every single retailer in the UK. They have redefined a classic category with a creative twist. They are looking for an Operations Manager to support their most critical function.
Role & Responsibilities:- Inbound planning: Schedule and manage all deliveries into the UK warehouses, balancing capacity.
- Stock flow: Oversee the end-to-end movement of stock from factory to warehouse to keep operations smooth.
- Logistics reporting: Track service levels and on-time performance, using data to spot issues and drive improvements.
- Order processing: Convert customer email orders into the inventory management system and streamline manual steps where possible.
- D2C logistics: Own the relationship with the 3PL, improving pick accuracy, stock control and reporting.
- Stock rotation: Flag slow-moving or ageing stock and support smart allocation before it becomes a risk.
- Efficiency projects: Reduce road miles, improve order patterns, optimise stock visibility and cut operational waste.
- Salary: ÂŁ35k to ÂŁ45k
- Bonus: up to 20%
