Our client is a profitable BCorp business disrupting a major £1.5bn food/drink category. Sustainability is paramount and production is all done in-house from within the UK. Already stocked in leading supermarkets and rapidly expanding, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants genuine progression within a scaling consumer brand.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Own Community Management: Manage and grow engagement across Instagram (priority), LinkedIn (priority), TikTok, and Facebook, building an active and loyal online community.
  • Create Social Content: Work alongside the social Media Manager to help capture and edit engaging content for social channels, from filming activations and events to creating simple static assets.
  • Support Brand & Campaign Activity: Work closely with the wider marketing team across launches, retailer activity, campaigns, admin, and day-to-day marketing coordination.
  • Sampling, Events & Agency Management: Organise sampling opportunities, support branded events and retailer activations, and manage external sampling agencies (managing a budget) to deliver impactful consumer engagement.
  • Own Merch & Gifting: Manage branded merchandise, influencer gifting, and seasonal send-outs while owning budgets and stock management.
  • Photoshoot & Content Support: Assist with seasonal shoots and ad-hoc content capture across retailer locations and events.
