Our client is the market leader within their category; ‘Functional Wellness’. They’re listed in every single major Grocer, think: (Tesco / JS / Waitrose / Morrisons / Asda / Coop / Ocado). They are profitable and one of the fastest growing most successful brands in FMCG with a rapidly expanding team and a fantastic culture. They are looking for an exceptional Marketing Director to lead as they enter new international markets and new categories with an exciting NPD pipeline.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Global Brand Strategy & Masterbrand Development: Build and protect a scalable global masterbrand across multiple formats and markets. Define brand architecture, positioning, and storytelling to ensure clarity and consistency worldwide.
  • Commercial Growth & Market Performance: Drive UK retail growth in partnership with Sales to improve rate of sale and launch success. Strengthen retailer execution through impactful brand and shopper plans.
  • Product Innovation & Go-To-Market Leadership: Lead go-to-market strategy for new formats and innovations. Collaborate closely with NPD on proposition development, packaging, and positioning.
  • Integrated Campaign Planning & Delivery: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across ATL, digital, PR, and retail channels. Use insights and performance data to optimise spend, effectiveness, and ROI.
  • International Expansion & Market Enablement: Develop scalable marketing frameworks to support international distributor markets. Ensure consistent execution while allowing for local market relevance.
  • Marketing Function Leadership & Capability Building: Lead and scale a multi-specialist marketing team across brand, product, shopper, and international. Build clear processes, prioritisation, and ways of working to maximise impact. Manage agency partners to deliver high-quality output and strong commercial returns.
