Our client is a £30m t/o established challenger who are listed within every single major UK grocer (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose etc). Their product range spans across multiple categories and they are backed by one of Europe’s largest food groups. They have an established export function in excess of £10m and already distribute to 45 additional markets outside of the UK.
Role & Responsibilities:
- International Commercial Growth
Drive profitable growth across international retail, distributor, online, and OOH channels. Deliver customer strategies aligned to clear commercial targets. - Account & Distributor Management
Build and manage strong relationships with international retailers and distributors. Turn partners into long-term brand advocates. - Customer Planning & Execution
Own annual plans, promotions, pricing, and full marketing mix execution. Increase distribution, availability, visibility, and turnover. - Market Expansion & Opportunity Development
Identify and secure new customers, partners, and routes to market. Act entrepreneurially to unlock growth opportunities. - Forecasting, Operations & Compliance
Lead accurate forecasting and collaborate closely with operations. Manage international trade, administration, and market compliance.
