D2C Growth Marketing Manager London (Hybrid 3x) £Our client is a rapidly growing £15m t/o drinks SME already outselling some of the biggest brands (Red Bull, Monster, Coca Cola) in the category. They have excellent distribution and are listed in major UK Grocers . We are looking for someone to lead and grow their online presence. Own and optimise the D2C sales channel through Shopify, with accountability for revenue growth, subscription performance, and online P&L. Manage CRM campaigns using Klaviyo, delivering retention-driving communications and personalisation strategies. Lead SEO and CRO initiatives in partnership with internal teams and external agencies to improve traffic, conversion rates, and search rankings. 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays ~ Remote Working 2 weeks pa. ~ Hybrid Working 3x pw (Central London HQ) 3–5+ years in a digital marketing or eCommerce role, ideally within a D2C or consumer brand environment. ~ Highly analytical with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into action. ~
