Our client is a rapidly growing £15m t/o drinks SME already outselling some of the biggest brands (Red Bull, Monster, Coca Cola) in the category. They have excellent distribution and are listed in major UK Grocers. We are looking for someone to lead and grow their online presence.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimise the D2C sales channel through Shopify, with accountability for revenue growth, subscription performance, and online P&L.
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms, optimising for acquisition and ROI.
  • Manage CRM campaigns using Klaviyo, delivering retention-driving communications and personalisation strategies.
  • Lead SEO and CRO initiatives in partnership with internal teams and external agencies to improve traffic, conversion rates, and search rankings.
  • Manage and grow the subscription model, focusing on customer LTV and retention.

  • Base Salary: up to £60,000
  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Remote Working 2 weeks pa.
  • Hybrid Working 3x pw (Central London HQ)

Do you have the following to apply?

  • 3–5+ years in a digital marketing or eCommerce role, ideally within a D2C or consumer brand environment.
  • Experience managing and scaling subscription-based offerings is a strong plus.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into action.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify analytics & Klaviyo.
