Our client is a rapidly growing wellâestablished and recognised food brand with incredible distribution listed across every single retailer in the UK. They have redefined a classic category with a creative twist. The EA will gain exposure to multiple companies within the portfolio as they embark on more acquisitions. đ
Role & Responsibilities
Meeting & Travel Preparation
- CEO manages dayâtoâday diary; confirm attendances and meeting readiness.
- Prepare agendas, briefs, preâreads, samples and printed materials in advance.
- Liaise with teams to understand the purpose of each meeting and anticipate needs.
Communication Support
- Keep internal and external stakeholders aligned and filtered appropriately.
- Communicate with pace, clarity and good judgment on the CEOâs behalf.
Meetings
- Attend selected meetings with or for the CEO.
- Prepare preâreads, gather inputs and ensure structure.
- Capture verbal feedback postâmeeting and circulate concise next steps.
Weekly Planning & Team Sync
- Coordinate Monday team meeting inputs, notes and followâup actions.
- Track weekly priorities and flag any diary conflicts.
- Ensure the CEO is organised, briefed and set up for a smooth week.
Personal Admin
- Light lifestyle support: bookings, appointments, travel and occasional family logistics.
- Make thoughtful choices (restaurants, venues, logistics) with initiative and flair.
- Free up headspace so the CEO can focus on highâvalue work.
