⭐️ Content, Brand & Communications Lead
Our client is a rapidly growing £15m t/o drinks SME already outselling some of the biggest brands (Red Bull, Monster, Coca Cola) in the category. They have excellent distribution and are listed in major UK Grocers. We are looking for someone to be the voice and storyteller for the brand,across every touchpoint they ‘show up.’You will be shaping how the brand communicates, what it talks about, and where it’s seen. 🚀
Role & Responsibilities: 📋
Content & Storytelling
- Develop the content strategy — what stories the brand tells and how.
- Create and guide all content — social, website, email, campaign copy, partnerships.
- Make sure it’s always “on brand” — tone of voice, look, and feel
Communications & Media Partnerships
- Instead of press releases, you’re partnering with media platforms to co-create content.
- Think: “How can we get our message in front of people through others’ channels?”
- Manage relationships with creators and media houses.
Social & Brand Identity
- Oversee organic social— ensuring everything published feels fresh, engaging and on-brand.
- Experiment with different formats (video, editorial, reels).
- Define and protect the brand’s tone of voice.
- Keep everything consistent across all channels.

- A proven track record of turning brand strategy into scroll-stopping, shareable content.
- Deep understanding of modern media and culture — from digital publishers and podcasts to creator partnerships.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
- Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or small creative teams.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset — equally comfortable setting strategy and getting hands-on with execution.
