Our client is the market leader within their category; ‘Functional Wellness’. They’re listed in every single major Grocer, including Tesco, JS, Waitrose, Morrisons, Asda, Coop, and Ocado. They are profitable and one of the fastest growing and most successful brands in FMCG with a rapidly expanding team and a fantastic culture. They are looking for an exceptional International Lead as they enter new export markets and new categories with an exciting NPD pipeline.
Role & Responsibilities:
- International Growth Ownership: Full accountability for net revenue and gross margin across all international markets. Lead expansion into priority regions including Europe, Middle East & Australia.
- Distributor Management & Market Development: Manage, grow and optimise distributor relationships across existing and new markets. Identify, evaluate and recommend new partners to unlock scale.
- Market Launch & Execution: Lead end-to-end market launches, coordinating NPD, supply chain, marketing, sales and ecommerce. Ensure flawless execution from planning through to in-market performance.
- Commercial Planning & Performance: Own forecasting, business planning, analysis and reporting for all international channels. Track performance rigorously and drive corrective action at pace.
- Strategic Expansion Leadership: Shape the long-term international strategy and market prioritisation with the senior leadership team. Play a pivotal role in delivering a 3-year growth plan where international is a core strategic pillar.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Bring finance, marketing and supply chain with you — ensuring alignment, clarity and momentum. Act as the internal champion for all international activity.
