Our client is a high-growth functional wellness brand that has scaled from £0 to £15m revenue in just 3 years, and is on track to reach £20m in year 4. Having evolved from a D2C-first business into a true omnichannel player across both online and retail, they are now looking for a Growth Director to own and scale their entire acquisition and retention engine. With a world-class MD and a high-performing team already in place, the business is well positioned for significant scale and a potential exit within the next 3–4 years.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy & Performance: Own the full customer acquisition engine across paid social, search, influencer, affiliates, and emerging channels. Drive creative testing and performance at pace, using data to scale what works.
- Retention & Lifecycle: Oversee CRM, email, SMS, and subscription strategy to maximise LTV and repeat purchase. Optimise the full customer journey from first touch to loyal customer.
- Data, Budget & Commercial Ownership: Take full ownership of marketing budgets and performance metrics. Analyse CAC, LTV, and funnel performance to drive efficiency and scale.
- Team & Execution: Build and lead a high-performing growth team. Manage agencies and partners to deliver best-in-class execution.
