About the Role
We\'re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistants to join our team. In this role, you\'ll be at the heart of our store operations—helping customers, ensuring the shop floor looks its best, and supporting smooth day-to-day running. What You\'ll Do
Customer Service

· Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude

· Provide product knowledge and advice to help customers find what they need

· Promote special offers, upsell and cross-sell to enhance the shopping experience

Store Presentation

· Keep the store clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times

· Ensure shelves are fully stocked and well organised

Cash Handling

· Operate the till with accuracy and efficiency

· Process cash and card transactions, providing correct change

· Follow company policies and procedures for handling payments

Loss Prevention

· Adhere to store security policies to prevent theft and minimise loss

· Report any suspicious behaviour or incidents to management

Teamwork & Reliability

· Arrive on time and be ready to work each shift

· Manage your time effectively to stay productive throughout the day

What We\'re Looking For
