I am currently supporting a client of ours in the financial services industry who are looking for an integration lead as part of an on-going Greenfield programme. This role is Outside IR35 with a salary of £600-£700 DOE, remote with occasional travel to Central London, and has an initial duration of 6 months with potential long-term extensions.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Lead to provide integration design leadership throughout our Workday implementation. This is a functional and technical design role focused on ensuring integration solutions are well-designed, meet business requirements, and are successfully tested and validated. The successful candidate will act as the integration subject matter expert, working closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners, payroll providers, banking partners, and technical teams. This role is not responsible for building integrations but will provide oversight, design guidance, governance, and quality assurance across all Workday integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the integration workstream from solution design through testing and deployment.
- Review and validate integration designs to ensure they align with business, security, and architectural requirements.
- Define and document integration strategies, patterns, and design principles.
- Work with implementation partners to challenge and validate proposed integration solutions.
- Ensure integrations support business needs.
