Lawrence Harvey are supporting a well-recognised organisation that are looking for a Project Manager to support the client-side delivery of the Employee Central Payroll module. You will be acting as the internal SME within the HR and Payroll team for the implementation, supporting the project delivery, plan, and working alongside the SI Partner to ensure a successful deployment.

This is an Outside IR35 role paying £500 per day and is predominantly remote with some travel across the UK which will be expensed. This contract will run for 9 months and you must be available to start in July.

Experience:

  • Over 5 years of project management experience delivering HRIS, HCM, or payroll transformation projects.
  • Proven track record managing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementations.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, HR operations, and compliance requirements for the UK.
  • Experience managing and supporting SI Partners with off-shore technical resources.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
