We're partnering with a leading Financial Services firm to recruit a Senior Privacy Manager to play a key role in transforming its Data Privacy function through AI, automation and data-driven innovation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a privacy professional who wants to move beyond traditional compliance and drive meaningful change.

You'll lead initiatives to automate key privacy processes, improve operational efficiency and modernise the way privacy is delivered across the business.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across Privacy, Data and Technology, you'll help shape the future operating model while delivering solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the adoption of AI and automation across the Data Privacy function.
  • Identify opportunities for transformation using data, analytics and emerging technologies.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic change initiatives across Privacy, Data and Technology.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on AI-enabled privacy transformation and operational improvement.

About you

  • Around

10 years' experience in Data Privacy/Data Protection.

  • Strong expertise in

UK GDPR , DPIAs, ROPA, privacy governance and data protection.

3–4+ years' experience successfully delivering AI and automation initiatives.

  • Proven experience leading privacy or data transformation programmes within a complex organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to identify opportunities and drive decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership level.
  • Financial Services or Banking experience is highly desirable, although candidates from other regulated industries will also be considered.
