Responsible for leading the multi-jurisdictional privacy legal team in EMEA and APAC, focusing on providing advice for integrating privacy and AI in online (App and Website) and offline products and services.
- Create and implement data protection compliance programme.
- Provide legal data protection advice to the commercial legal team - draft, review, negotiate data protection provisions and agreements for B2B and B2C relationships, including cross-border data transfers with third parties.
- Collaboration with the infosec teams and working alongside the counterpart in the USA for Privacy and Data Protection.
- Privacy by design implementation.
