A leading international robotics company is looking for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to establish and grow their presence in the UK. This is a rare opportunity to be the company’s first UK hire, combining sales expertise with technical knowledge of industrial robotics and automation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute UK-specific sales strategies, including lead generation and pipeline management.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, using CRM tools to track opportunities and progress.
- Drive business development and manage the full sales cycle in the UK.
- Localise sales and technical documentation for the UK market.
- Provide technical and application support, including proof-of-concept demonstrations and on-site presentations.
- Act as the company’s technical representative on-site, delivering high levels of service and building long-term customer relationships.
- Capture market insights and customer feedback to influence product positioning, strategy, and commercial strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in industrial robotics, industrial automation, or related manufacturing technologies.
- Strong understanding of industrial processes and efficiency optimisation, safety, and productivity.
- Proven B2B sales experience, including pipeline management and CRM usage.
