Privacy Paralegal

p I’m looking for an experienced strong Privacy Contractor /strong to join a busy Privacy/DPO function. /p p br /p p strong Privacy experience is essential for this role /strong , so I’m specifically looking for someone who has hands-on experience working with DSARs, data incidents and privacy operations. /p p br /p p The role requires strong 2 days per week on-site in Hounslow /strong , so candidates must be comfortable with this commute. /p p br /p p Key responsibilities will include: /p ul li Supporting strong Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) /strong , including managing external suppliers responsible for reviewing and redacting high-volume requests. /li li Administering, analysing and continuously improving the strong end-to-end Rights Requests process /strong , ensuring regulatory deadlines are met. /li li Supporting the end-to-end management of strong personal data breach incidents /strong , including fact-finding, internal reporting, mitigation and lessons learned. /li li Acting as a key point of coordination for the Privacy team, ensuring queries and requests are handled promptly and effectively. /li li Operating, maintaining and improving Rights Requests processes and supporting the DPO with monitoring end-to-end compliance. /li li Supporting the day-to-day administration of the strong Office of the DPO /strong , including managing the team inbox and ensuring timely responses. /li li Preparing periodic and ad hoc privacy reports. /li li Supporting the DPO in responding to data incidents and providing practical guidance to the business. /li /ul p br /p p If you have strong, hands-on strong Privacy experience /strong and are happy to work in strong Hounslow 2 days per week /strong , I’d love to hear from you. /p p br /p p br /p
