A global service provider is looking to expand their Operations transformation teams across their public sector practice. Our client is currently looking for multiple passionate operations transformation professionals to realize their own vision on how operations solutions should be built. This is about bringing unique ideas to the table - not working to a specification. The successful applicant will be at the forefront of customer projects across the Education Sector who will Design, Implement and Operate the transformations their clients need to succeed in a rapidly growing market.
Requirements- At least 5+ years of experience of designing and delivering transformational change
- Experience within education sector is a must
- Ability to work collaboratively with large teams and be an individual contributor in client collaborations.
- Ability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder advisory services and liaise with C-level clients.
- Consulting experience is good to have
