You will be technically implementing cutting‑edge networking and security technologies like Cisco ACI, working within a multi‑vendor Firewall environment whilst being part of an incredibly complex infrastructure environment and reporting directly to the Director of Networking.
What you will be doing:
- Configure, operate, and troubleshoot enterprise, data center, and cloud networks
- Resolve network incidents and tickets; act as incident lead and coordinate with L3 teams/vendors
- Implement network changes (firewall rules, upgrades, maintenance) via change management
- Monitor infrastructure (SolarWinds) and participate in on‑call rotation
- Maintain runbooks, diagrams, and documentation; contribute to team knowledge sharing
What you will need:
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
- Solid LAN/WAN, routing & switching (OSPF, BGP), and data center (spine‑leaf, Cisco ACI) knowledge
- Experience with WLAN (controller‑based & cloud)
- Cloud networking experience (AWS, Azure, hybrid connectivity)
- Familiarity with SASE, Zero Trust, monitoring tools, and ServiceNow
