You will be technically implementing cutting‑edge networking and security technologies like Cisco ACI, working within a multi‑vendor Firewall environment whilst being part of an incredibly complex infrastructure environment and reporting directly to the Director of Networking.

What you will be doing:

  • Configure, operate, and troubleshoot enterprise, data center, and cloud networks
  • Resolve network incidents and tickets; act as incident lead and coordinate with L3 teams/vendors
  • Implement network changes (firewall rules, upgrades, maintenance) via change management
  • Monitor infrastructure (SolarWinds) and participate in on‑call rotation
  • Maintain runbooks, diagrams, and documentation; contribute to team knowledge sharing

What you will need:

  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Solid LAN/WAN, routing & switching (OSPF, BGP), and data center (spine‑leaf, Cisco ACI) knowledge
  • Experience with WLAN (controller‑based & cloud)
  • Cloud networking experience (AWS, Azure, hybrid connectivity)
  • Familiarity with SASE, Zero Trust, monitoring tools, and ServiceNow
