, so I’m specifically looking for someone who has hands-on experience working with DSARs, data incidents and privacy operations.
The role requires
2 days per week on-site in Hounslow
, so candidates must be comfortable with this commute.
Key responsibilities will include
- Supporting
- Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs)
, including managing external suppliers responsible for reviewing and redacting high-volume requests.
- Administering, analysing and continuously improving the end-to-end Rights Requests process
, ensuring regulatory deadlines are met.
- Supporting the end-to-end management of personal data breach incidents
, including fact-finding, internal reporting, mitigation and lessons learned.
- Acting as a key point of coordination for the Privacy team, ensuring queries and requests are handled promptly and effectively.
- Operating, maintaining and improving Rights Requests processes and supporting the DPO with monitoring end-to-end compliance.
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of the
- Office of the DPO
, including managing the team inbox and ensuring timely responses.
- Preparing periodic and ad hoc privacy reports.
- Supporting the DPO in responding to data incidents and providing practical guidance to the business.
