One of the Big Four consulting firms are expanding their Strategy & Performance Transformation practice and are specifically looking for a Manager-level Deal Strategy focused individual for their new Media sector team. Having extensive experience of deal-related projects, ideally in a consulting environment, will be critical (Commercial DD, M&A Strategy, Value Creation etc), and you'll be expected to run, design and lead mid-large sized projects, with potential responsibility of a small project team. This is a permanent role, with a hybrid working setup - 3 days per week in their London office.
You'll be expected to have:
- Experience working in strategy consulting
- Extensive experience of deal-related projects (Commercial Due Diligence, M&A Strategy, Value Creation etc)
- Previously developed proposals, scoped and priced up small-mid sized consulting projects
- Supported sales teams on business development pitches
- Designed and implemented financial/business forecasts for scenario and sensitivity based analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Previously worked with clients in the media sector (highly desirable)
Salary: £80k + car allowance
Location: Hybrid - 3 days/week in London
