Legal Counsel – Commercial (2-10 PQE) London – £75k-£85k (flexible for right candidate) A unique opportunity for an experienced privacy professional to join in a global position for a leading tech company. Ideally 2 years PQE in commercial technology law. Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contract matters including software licenses and services agreements with games and systems providers, advertising, marketing and sponsorship contracts with agencies/media owners/marketing affiliates/advertising platforms, payment processing, IT supply and data analytics agreements Communicate effectively and consistently with key stakeholders The successful candidate will likely have 2-10 years PQE, with proficiency in independently drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably with a focus on software, technology and media services.
