We are working exclusively with an exciting business in the rail industry who is currently looking for x3 Legal Counsels to join their team based across the UK in either London, Newcastle, York, Birmingham, Manchester, or Bristol. You will be reporting into the General Counsel and other internal Senior Counsels.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing legal support, oversight, and strategy to multiple different businesses within the group.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal risks across the group.
- Building strong relationships with the ability to engage, inspire and influence stakeholders.
- Having a dynamic attitude with the ability to find creative solutions.
- Interpreting and managing complex legal and commercial documents.
- Experience working in the rail/transport sector.
Pay range and compensation package:
- ~£Hybrid working (2/3 days a week on-site)
- ~10% pension contribution
- ~Travel to Work paid (if via a train service)
