Lawrence Harvey are partnering with a highly respected retail organisation that’s embarking on a major Zellis HR & Payroll migration, moving from their on-premise solution to Zellis HCM Cloud.
This is an Outside IR35 contract role for an initial 6 months, paying £450-500 per day starting in November. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week required in East Anglia, and there is no flexibility on this.

Senior Recruitment Consultant – Dayforce Partner & HR Transformation
Responsibilities
- Lead the HRIS/HR payroll migration or implementation project, working closely with Zellis to deliver a seamless migration and a smooth transition for all employees.
- Manage data migration, testing, and change management activities.
- Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication across multiple business functions, with the ability to engage external Vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering HRIS or Payroll system migrations or implementations, ideally with Zellis (ResourceLink or HCM Cloud).
- Zellis experience is essential; ideally have completed a similar project.
- Strong background in project management methodologies (Prince2, Agile, or PMP).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with data migration, testing, and change management activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience in the retail sector or other large, complex organisations is advantageous.
