A leading Ports Operator in the UK are looking for another team member to support their HR and Payroll Shared Services function during a period of exciting transformation as they implement a new HR System (Success Factors).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining operational HR knowledge with data analysis and process improvement to make a real impact.
The successful applicant will
- Support critical HR operations, including benefits administration and payroll-related data reconciliations.
- Analyse HR service data to identify trends, improve processes, and reduce manual effort.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Document processes and create clear guidance to support operational consistency.
- Provide hands-on support across HR operations during peak activity periods.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Administration.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel experience and confidence working with large datasets.
- Experience using HR systems (such as Success Factors) and case management tools like JIRA or Service Now.
- A proactive, process improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to streamline ways of working.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly Desirable
- Experience with payroll processes or benefits administration.
- Exposure to HR systems implementation or transformation projects.
- Knowledge of workflow or ticket automation tools.
- CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above).
