We are working with a leading International Law firm who are looking to hire a GenAI Lead to join the firm’s team in London on a permanent basis.
You will be working with the Innovation team and key stakeholders in the partnership and business support heads of function to gather requirements from stakeholders to identify areas which could benefit from advanced AI solutions to provide efficiency across departments.
We are looking for someone with the below proven experience To succeed in this role, you\’ll need to have:
- Strong understanding of digital technologies (including AI) and their applications in Legal industries.
- Proven experience working with Gen AI, Ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Ability to develop and manage a strategic programme of work, project plans, timelines and budgets.
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms used in project management, data science, and digital transformation.
- Experience working with strategic approaches and applying strategic thinking to digital solutions.
- Experience carrying out or hands-on management of user research activities, especially around problem solving and digital transformation.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI/ML solutions and programming languages (e.g., Python, PySpark), data modeling, and microservices. Experience with LLM orchestration on platforms like OpenAI on Azure, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, or Gemini AI, alongside familiarity with MLOps tools (MLFlow, batch prediction, real-time endpoints) and DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, and AWS CloudFormation.
- Educational Background: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Data Science, or a related discipline.
