EMEA Payroll Expert – Hybrid (50% London) – Up to £60,000
Our client, a leading software development organisation, are currently expanding their EMEA Payroll function due to an exciting pipeline of transformation projects over the next 12-18 months.
This role will be focused on delivering all Payroll Operations tasks, ensuring that Payroll processes are delivered in the most smooth and appropriate way.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support EMEA Payroll Audit
- Manage end-to-end Payroll Processes for the entire EMEA function
- Engage with senior business stakeholders to address and resolve Payroll issues
- Manage end of month processes
- Work closely with the HRIS function to ensure smooth delivery of upcoming transformations
Experience Required:
- Several years experience as an EMEA dedicated Payroll Specialist
- Strong background engaging with and guiding stakeholders
- Excellent ability to communicate with a large number of business users
- Experience in a highly transformative environment would be a positive
