A fast-growing privacy consultancy is seeking a motivated Data Protection Compliance Manager to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide practical, commercially focused data protection advice to a diverse client base while working in a supportive and innovative environment.
We are looking for:
- 12+ months experience in a data protection or similar compliance role
- Good knowledge of UK and EU data protection requirements; awareness of global frameworks
- Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to balance compliance obligations with business needs
- Confident, proactive, and collaborative with excellent client relationship skills
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn
- IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, or equivalent qualification desirable (training available)
What you’ll be doing:
- Advising clients on privacy and data protection compliance matters
- Drafting privacy notices, policies, and data protection documentation
- Conducting audits, DPIAs, and LIAs; preparing compliance reports and remediation plans
- Supporting clients with DPO services, including meetings, training, and breach management
- Reviewing data processing agreements and data subject request procedures
- Assisting with business development and client onboarding activities
