Cyber Incident Response Malware Analyst

UK – Remote

I am partnered with one of the UK’s most respected Incident Response practices who are looking for an IR consultant to bolster the roster and take technical leadership charge when jumping on a range of cases.

They are looking for someone with significant experience working within an advanced Cyber Defence capability who has acted as a strong technical lead, identifying large scale breaches, and coordinating the remediation.

This is an unbelievable opportunity to work on some of the most in-depth and complex incidents in the space right now whilst collaborating with genuine SMEs within the space who have hosted ransomware talks.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a lead and technical escalation point on the most complex Digital Forensics & Incident Response investigations.
• Work closely with the security research team to develop new and innovative investigations tooling and methodologies.
• Mentor and train junior team members through complex incident response investigations.

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of various Incident Response techniques and procedures.
• Evidence of responding to, containing, and remediating high profile and high severity incidents.
• Working on large-scale attacks and a true eagerness to further your development.
