Base pay range Intrusion Analyst Remote We are currently partnered with one of the UKs largest energy distributors in supporting the expansion of their recently established SOC capability. This team has the ambition to become one of the most established teams of genuine SMEs within the cyber defence space who are able to respond to cyber-attacks and data breach investigations. This is a great opportunity for a cyber security analyst to join a team in which you will get exposure to an enormous volume of incidents and get your hands on some of the industry\’s latest technology, whilst receiving a training package to further your development. Key Responsibilities: Working within the team as a technical escalation point for all critical information security incidents. Utilise internal and external resources to proactively research emerging threats, vulnerabilities and threat intelligence on various adversaries and attack methods. Collaboratively work with the wider cyber defence team to recommend ways to develop automated processes. Required Skills: Demonstrated experience working in an advanced SOC function. A genuine drive to want to further your personal development and learn further products and procedures within the cyber security field. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ideally experience with the Microsoft stack.
