Commercial Counsel – French speaking
London hybrid – 100,000 – 120,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Lawrence Harvey are actively looking for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our client. This opportunity requires you to be a strong commercial lawyer who is French speaking, and will allow you to act as a leader for our clients partners across France and French speaking regions.
This role will give you the opportunity to work across various legal projects including commercial contracts, IP & privacy/data protection matters, in addition to the ability to work on various transformation projects across our clients products.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice across various business departments on commercial, privacy, compliance matters and more.
- Work alongside senior leadership to implement new policies, procedures, and ensure company wide compliance.
- Lead various projects and product lifecycles across our clients customers within France and French speaking jurisdictions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years PQE as a lawyer, ideally UK Qualified.
- Experience of Commercial, IP, or Privacy law, or similar.
- Must be fluent in French.
