The Role – Principal Recruitment Consultant

We’re looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our Insurance Technology (Perm) team. You’ll be partnering with our Senior Associate Director & peer Principal Consultant, building a high-performing desk and developing your market presence, complementing our contract offering. Mirroring the success of the interim team, appetite to grow a team is in the offering.

  • Client Engagement: Lead job briefings and advise clients on technical requirements, projects, and candidate profiles. Mentor junior consultants, shape the recruitment process, and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Business Development: Open new accounts, build relationships in Insurance and Tech markets, and collaborate with our interim team.

Proven experience in Insurance recruitment, ideally with 4+ years in Technology recruitment. Comfort opening doors across Lloyds, Claims, Actuarial, Legal and related functions. Strong business development skills — able to grow accounts and generate new opportunities.
