A software service provider is looking to expand their teams across the UK. Our client is currently looking for multiple passionate Java Developers with an interest in Cloud technologies to realise their own vision on how development services should be made, this is about bringing unique ideas to the table, not working to a specification.
There is no better time for an ambitious Java Developer to join a company which leads digital transformations for clients by modernising and integrating their mainstream IT, and by deploying digital solutions at scale to produce better business outcomes.
The successful applicant will develop the newest generation of their internal risk modelling system built on AWS using next gen services and a cloud native architecture for high performance distributed computing.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience within Java development ideally with experience using advanced Java features (lambdas, maps, concurrency, generics)
- Experience within Spring framework is essential
- Must have experience designing, developing, and securing RESTful APIs
- Experience in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure or GCP is preferred
- Hands-on experience within deploying and managing applications using containerisation technologies preferably Docker or Kubernetes
- Must be based in the UK and have right to work
Salary & Package: up to Β£40-65,000 per year + bonus and a variety of other benefits
Location: Manchester flexible on hybrid work
