A global insurance firm are looking to expand their team in London. Our client is currently looking for a passionate Business change manager with previous experience in Lloyds of London insurance to realize their own vision on delivering change to their Delegated Authority functions. This is about bringing unique ideas to the table, not working to a specification. There is no better time for an ambitious Change/program manager to join a company which leads digital transformations for clients by modernizing and integrating their mainstream IT, and by deploying digital solutions at scale to produce better business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering a program of change in support of the Claims & Operations domain.
- As part of the Domain Leadership, you will provide strategic input to the domain objectives and be responsible for translating those objectives into a suite of achievable, tangible deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a change management and organizational design.
- Proven experience within strategy.
- Proven experience working in technology design and delivery.
- Strong experience in a dynamic business change with the ability to influence across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ideally the candidate has to have a strong consulting background.
- Must have right to work in the UK.
Salary & Package: Range of £60-90,000 per year base + bonus and a variety of benefits.
Location: London with 4 days per week in office.
