A global leader in the mobility and vehicle rental sector is looking for a Data Engineer with strong Databricks expertise to design, build and maintain the data pipelines powering its marketing analytics and decision-making, as part of a large-scale, greenfield marketing data transformation programme.
The successful applicant will build and optimise data pipelines pulling from a wide range of sources including Salesforce and other systems into a unified Databricks lakehouse, creating a single source of truth across brand, paid media, social and CRM data.
You'll work closely with marketing, analytics and data stakeholders to develop feature sets and data models that support dashboards, attribution and marketing mix modelling across the platform.
Location: Uxbridge, three days per week in the office
Salary: Up to £72,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience working with Databricks, building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and lakehouse architecture
- Proficiency integrating data from multiple marketing and enterprise platforms (e.g. GA4, Salesforce, CRM/martech tools)
- Advanced SQL and strong Python skills, with the ability to build features and data models that support analytics and data science use cases
- Experience with (or strong interest in) attribution modelling, MMM or marketing analytics data structures
