Lawrence Harvey are partnered with a leading organisation in Bristol that are looking for a Payroll Business Analyst to support them during their greenfield Dayforce implementation programme.
You will be leading on all Payroll business requirements gathering & business readiness efforts, supporting through the entire project deployment cycle including Payroll Data Migration and Testing initiatives.
Dayforce experience is highly desired, but the client will consider a strong Payroll Business Analyst.
This is an initial 6 month contract paying circa £500 Outside IR35 and is a hybrid model of 3 days per week in Bristol - this is non-negotiable. This will start in September.
Experience
- Proven Business Analyst experience on large-scale HR, Payroll or HCM implementations.
- Strong payroll process expertise, preferably within UK payroll environments.
- Experience delivering Dayforce, Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM or similar payroll implementations.
- Strong data migration experience.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder groups.
- Experience facilitating workshops and requirements sessions.
- Exposure to payroll integrations and data interfaces.
- Experience supporting UAT and parallel payroll testing.
- Dayforce experience is highly desirable.
