Overview

In this role you will lead testing strategy across multiple Success Factors implementations in a global HR tech programme.

You will own test planning, define scenarios and scripts, and oversee UAT coordination to ensure timely delivery.

You’ll work with project teams to align milestones and manage competing testing priorities across concurrent workstreams.

This is a senior, autonomous position focused on delivering robust testing foundations for large HRIS transformations.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage comprehensive test plans across multiple workstreams
  • Develop detailed test scenarios and scripts
  • Identify suitable UAT tester populations
  • Coordinate, manage and support UAT testers through the testing lifecycle
  • Collaborate with project and functional teams to hit testing milestones
  • Oversee multiple testing activities and priorities across concurrent implementations
  • Key requirements
  • Strong Test Management experience within HRIS / HCM transformation programmes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams concurrently
  • Experience with SAP Success Factors is highly desirable
  • Experience across PMGM / Succession, Compensation, Smart Recruiters, Learning and ESM is preferred but not essential
  • Strong stakeholder management and UAT coordination experience
  • Self-managing, proactive, autonomous and capable of owning the testing function from the outset
