IAM Security Manager Salary: 130-140k + Bonus + BenefitsLocation: Fully Remote (UK / European Union)Brand new role with a major UK brand who are building their Identity & Access Management (IAM) capability from the ground up. This is a completely greenfield role and project, tying into their wider cloud-native (AWS) infrastructure, where you'll have full autonomy to build a best in class, modern IAM capability.First and foremost, they need a genuine builder: someone who can integrate IAM into their wider cloud-native infrastructure through infrastructure-as-code and policy-as-code, automating identity governance rather than just implementing off-the-shelf tooling. Platform knowledge across the likes of Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint and CyberArk is assumed for anyone at this level; it's the ability to build something genuinely automated and scalable that sets the right candidate apart.You'll be embedded right across the business, working hand in hand with security, IT, HR, engineering and business leaders and shaping how identity is handled at every touchpoint, from the employee estate through to customer facing platforms. With full backing from the CISO and Head of Security Engineering, you'll have the autonomy, trust and executive support to build and lead this function from the ground up.
