Senior Salesforce Developer A Fin Tech start-up disrupting how financial advice is given are looking to add a Senior Salesforce Developer/Technical Lead to their existing Salesforce development team.

They've doubled in size as a business over the last 3 years and deliver super personalised customer experiences, powered by technology (mainly Salesforce).

Problem solvers thrive in this organisation - in the first few months, you'll be tasked with deeply understanding the business, investigating and proposing appropriate solutions, and then building end-to-end.

Key additional notes on the role below: Strong technical hire, capable of building using APEX and LWCs Trusted to act independently and autonomously, without the Product Lead hand holding – must be able to hit the ground running Confidence to challenge the Product Lead on strategy, new processes, products, enhancements etc.

Able to communicate with various teams and stakeholders, understanding business problems/inefficiencies and solving accordingly Authenticity and ability to gel with the rest of the team is key Salesforce consulting background (highly desirable)Exposure/interest in Omnistudio (desirable)Financial Services experience desirable, but not essential This is a hybrid role, with the ideal candidate able to be onsite in their London office circa 2/week.

Salary is 70-90k (dependent on experience) + bonus + shares and other benefits.
