Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end global transformation programmes for back-office processes across multiple units and countries
- Influence and align stakeholders across geographies to secure programme success
- Manage governance aspects in organisations with limited governance structures
- Coordinate nearshore, offshore, and third-party resources to deliver programmes
- Oversee ERP and infrastructure transformation initiatives
- Ensure effective IT governance and strong communication throughout the programme
