Overview

In this role you will own end-to-end ERP delivery within a D365 F&O programme, collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Operations to translate business needs into workable ERP solutions.

You will run workshops, manage internal and partner delivery, and drive projects through go-live and hypercare.

The position blends functional leadership with client-facing delivery, shaping improvements and ensuring successful outcomes beyond the design phase.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ERP projects and enhancements for D365 F&O
  • Facilitate workshops and translate business requirements into solutions
  • Hold internal stakeholders and external partners accountable for delivery
  • Act as the client-side voice, challenging assumptions to keep projects moving
  • Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Operations teams
  • Oversee testing, deployment and hypercare activities
  • Ensure go-live and post-go-live continuity
  • Contribute to process improvements and governance around ERP initiatives
  • Key requirements
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Proven track record leading functional workstreams or delivering solution ownership in ERP projects
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, inventory or financial processes
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and external implementation partners
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, functional designs, process flows and test scripts
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing or project-based environments; exposure to Agile or Azure Dev Ops is a plus
