About the Role
You will be responsible for programming and introducing new SMT products from concept through to production, supporting SMT operations and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Program new SMT products from start to finish
- Create and maintain pick-and-place programs and component packages
- Develop and optimise reflow profiles
- Set up, operate and monitor SMT equipment
- Conduct first-off inspections and quality checks
- Support and train SMT Operators and Technicians
Skills & Experience Required
- 3–5 years' experience in a technical SMT role
- Strong knowledge of SMT assembly processes
- Experience with SMT equipment and offline programming software
- Understanding of IPC standards and ESD requirements
