New exciting opportunity to join a growing and well-established business, where you will be working within a friendly and supportive team. This position would suit an organised administrator with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.
As a Policy and Documents Administrator your duties will include:
- Reviewing and validating finance documentation prior to payment release
- Processing finance deals and associated administration accurately through the company’s in-house systems
- Monitoring compliance
- Completing due diligence checks in line with company procedures and KPIs
- Prioritising workloads to meet service level agreements and business deadlines
- Accurately inputting data into systems
- Uploading and managing documentation within the CRM system
- General administration and customer support where needed
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills, including experience using databases, CRM systems, or internal business systems
