Job Overview- Process, track, and complete operational work orders accurately and within required timelines
- Maintain operational records, documentation, and system updates to a high standard
- Liaise with production, logistics, transport, inventory, and sales teams to support operational activities
- Coordinate information flow between departments to ensure smooth operational delivery
- Support inventory reporting and operational planning activities
- Assist with resolving order, documentation, or workflow discrepancies
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the operational leadership team
- Support operational efficiency through accurate communication and coordination
- Previous administration experience within manufacturing, logistics, operations, or production environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator able to liaise across multiple teams and departments
- Good Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced operational environment
- Experience using ERP such as JD Edwards is essential
