Sales Executives now, with plans to continue growing throughout 2026.
No previous sales experience is required - if you're confident, personable, enjoy talking to people and are motivated by earning commission, full training will be provided to help you succeed.

Sales Executive role is based entirely on warm inbound enquiries, meaning there's absolutely no cold calling or face-to-face sales, allowing you to focus on building relationships and converting genuine customer interest into sales.

- Handling warm inbound enquiries from prospective customers - absolutely no cold calling
- Selling online and home-learning training courses, with a typical sale value of around £2,000
- Building rapport quickly and understanding customers' needs
- Listening carefully and asking the right questions to recommend the most suitable training solutions
- Delivering an excellent customer experience from initial enquiry through to completion of the sale
- Maintaining accurate customer records using the company CRM system
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service
- Once fully trained and consistently achieving targets, realistic monthly take-home earnings are typically around
